Platinum Jets are holding a social at Silverado’s at Canad Inns Garden City on April 30th, 2010. The Platinum Jets have chosen our Nomads Football Club as their charity this year, and will be donating proceeds from the social to our club! The date is CLOSE so please get your tickets SOON and let us know about Silent Auction Prizes, and volunteering at the social if you are able. Grassroots level from Coaching Manitoba. The Coaching Manitoba Excellence Awards were held Sunday, April 11, 2010 at McPhillips Street Station, Dan won out of 14 coaches across the Province ! The Nomad Nation is proud of you Dan for your coaching achievments. You have been duely recognized by the province and as well you have brought recognition and Pride to our Nomad family. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to our Nomads teams. The weekend was not only a success but was wonderful entertainment from all teams. Fort Gary Lions Majors and the Transonca Nationals Minor Bantam Maroon played a great game and we congratulate them on making it to the Championship and for playing a terrific game.
Congratulations to our Majors team. !! Three years ago this team took the Majors to the Championship for FIRST time ever in our Nomad history for the Major Level. Now three years in a row this team has gone to the Championship and have brought the win home for the last 2 years running !! A great achievment for the team and for our Club, way to go Majors.
Congratulations to our MINOR BANTAM EAST team !! A fabulous year and a great effort. This team played as Champions and gave the fans a great show. The Nomad’s Minor Bantam East team has shown they are a team to be reckoned with now and for many years to come !! …way to go M. Bantam East.
